Farmtrac’s all-electric tractor is no stranger to the show, having launched at LAMMA back in 2020. Since then, it has gone from strength to strength as electric-power continues to come to the forefront.

Its lithium-ion battery gives businesses the opportunity to make a greener choice without compromising on productivity. The FT25G can perform for up to six hours in one session and with the ability to charge overnight via a domestic three-pin socket, it can be up and ready to go again in the morning. That’s not to mention it delivers zero emissions, minimal noise and vibration, high energy efficiency and low operating and maintenance costs. It’s a tractor visitors won’t want to miss out on seeing in person.

Joining the FT25G and among the most versatile compact tractors on the market is the FT26 with its cabin and loader combination. A short turning radius and a light narrow body that’s highly manoeuvrable in tight spaces alongside a 750kg lift capacity at hitch point has made the FT26 the ideal choice for multiple applications including greenhouses, smallholdings, paddocks and orchards, to name a few.

The third addition, with two configurations to show its full capabilities, is the FT6050, representing the higher end of the horsepower range. Favoured for its fuel efficiency and durability, its 47hp three-cylinder Stage V diesel engine is designed to meet EU emission standards, which ensures clean emissions while delivering good levels of fuel economy and plenty of power. The heavy-duty rear three-point linkage with 1500kg lift capacity features Cat1 and Cat2 ball ends that can accommodate a host of rear-mounted attachments.

The final addition to the 2024 LAMMA line-up from Farmtrac is the FT22. Powered by a 21.3hp three-cylinder Mitsubishi diesel engine, it comes as standard with selectable 4WD and a folding ROPS, plus the options of a cab and front loader for even more versatility. There’s also the choice of turf, agricultural or industrial tyres, mechanical transmission and selectable four-wheel drive.
